Tracking policy
Once the order is confirmed, you will receive an email. In the email you see the blue hyperlink stating “view your order” please click the link to get to the second hyperlink which will say “TRACK ORDER WITH SHOP” please click the link to track and receive updates about the confirmed order.
After an order is added to the Shop app, Shop uses info from the carrier delivering your order to provide you with tracking updates. Orders populate into your Shop app in the following ways:
- If the email account that you used to create your Shop accountis the same email that you use to make a purchase from honeybeemumford.com then the order automatically populates in Shop.
- If you pay for an order usingShop Pay, and you have a Shop account, then the order automatically populates in Shop.
- If you connect a supported email account to Shop, such as Gmail or Outlook, and grant read access to Shop, then orders populate in Shop based on your emails.
- If you connect any other accounts, such as an Amazon account, and grant read access to Shop, then orders from that account populate in Shop.
You can view your order status updates in Shop in the Orders tab. If you haven't received any order updates, then contact info@honeybeemumford.com
Before your order ships
The order status updates that are displayed before your order ships are based on info from Honeybeemumford.com.
- Order placed: Your order has been placed, but it hasn't been shipped yet.
- Shipped: Honeybeemumford.com has added tracking info to your order, and the package is on its way to the shipping carrier.
- Partially shipped: Honeybeemumford.com has added tracking info to your order, and some items in the order are being shipped. You'll receive another update when the rest of your order ships.
After your order ships
The order status updates that are displayed after your order ships are based on info from the carrier delivering your package.
- In transit: Your package has been shipped, and it's on its way to the shipping distribution center closest to the shipping address that you've provided.
- Delayed: The delivery of your package is delayed.
- Out for delivery: Your package is in a delivery vehicle on its way to the shipping address that you've provided.
- Delivered: Your package was delivered.
- Partially delivered: Some items from your order were delivered. You'll receive another update when the rest of your order is delivered.
You might notice that the tracking updates display in different time zones. The different time zone appears because it's based on your delivery location at the time of the update.
Canceled orders and refund statuses.
Honeybeemumford.com orders cancelation and refund statuses appear in the app.
- Canceled: com has canceled your order, and it won't be fulfilled.
- Partially refunded: Honeybeemumford.com has partially refunded your order.
- Refunded: Honeybeemumford.com has canceled your order and given you a full refund.
